The Bears made their final cuts and moves to finalize their roster for the 2020 NFL season. The final roster cuts included only one 2020 draft pick which was OT Lachavious Simmons, and some other familiar players would include; CB Kevin Toliver, CB Stephen Denmark (2019 7th rounder). There were zero undrafted rookies who made the final roster, most notably Ledarious Mack (Khalil Mack’s younger brother) was cut.
The 16 players that were resigned to the practice squad after being waived included QB Tyler Bray, RB Artavis Pierce, WR Reggie Davis, DB Stephen Denmark, WR Thomas Ives, WR Rodney Adams, TE Jesper Horsted, OL Sam Mustipher, OL Jamon Brown, OL Lachavious Simmons, OL Badara Traore, DL Abdullah Anderson, DL LaCale London, LB Rashad Smith, DB Xavier Crawford, and K Cairo Santos (who was added to the final roster after starting K Eddy Piñeiro was added to the Reserve/Injured list).
