Holda’s Top 5 Players to Avoid

Charles Sims: RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – ESPN RB #39, TOP 300 # 91

A first year quarterback in Jameis Winston and, at best, a sketchy offensive line won’t help Sims‘ cause. Charles is expected to resume the starting role over Doug Martin this year. However, being the number one guy doesn’t necessarily translate into fantasy production. Ask any seasoned fantasy owner and they will verify this, especially when this purported number one guy had a rookie year that left much to be desired – that’s putting it politely. He played in 8 games with 66 rushing attempts and accrued a woeful 185 yards. That’s 2.8 yards a rip, with a long of only 2 first down markers! On top of all of this, he only netted one touchdown and coughed it up for two turnovers. Fantasy owners should be wary of this one.
