Week 9 TEs – Dante Pitts

The tight end position is never an easy position to predict when it come to the fantasy world. In Week 9 we have some match-ups that could prove be good for fantasy owners.

Jimmy Graham

I am a Jimmy Graham owner and he has scored 3 touchdown in his last two games and I will be looking for Graham to keep up his production. The Redskins should be a great match-up for Graham as they have had difficulty covering the tight end all season.

Austin Seferian – Jenkins

I’ve been high on Jenkins all season, but last week was not one of his better outings. The Bills also have issues containing the TE spot and expect Jenkins to have a better outing this week.

Jack Doyle

If you have Jack Doyle this week, go ahead and start him. Last week against the Bengals we saw 14 targets, 12 receptions and 121 yards and one touchdown against the Bengals. Brissett doesn’t have a lot of option in Indy and I predict that Andrew Luck won’t be back for the rest of the season. Doyle numbers won’t be as high, but I expect a decent outing.

Nick O’ Leary

O’Leary runs a lot of the same routes that Charles Clay ran before his injury and had a lot of production doing so. The offense in Buffalo consist of Shady and O’Leary and he has a great match-up at a bottom ranked Jets tight end defense.

Jared Cook

With 6 teams going onto a bye week, Jared Cook will be an option if your starter is on a bye week. The dolphins are currently giving up 15 fantasy PPG against opposing Tight Ends, if you are looking for a streaming option this may be it.

Coby Fleener

I drafted Coby Fleener last year and was wholesomely disappointed. Fleener came out the gate hot this year with 28.7 points his first two games. Yet over the last 5, he has 12.3 points. The Bucs usually keep the Tight End in check and that should be no different in this divisional match-up.

Tyler Kroft

Kroft is going up a tough Jacksonville defense that gets after the ball and this week it should be no different. The pressure will be on Andy Dalton and Kroft will probably be getting chipped at the line. I would avoid any Bengals offensive player this week.

Austin Hooper

Waiver Wire adds for Hooper were probably on the rise as he had a top 10 performance against the Jets but don’t look for that type of consistency to continue with Hooper.
