Two Sleeper WRs for Week Two – Daniel Glasser

by Daniel Glasser

John Brown Buffalo vs. NYG

Brown goes into week two as the favorite target of growing QB Josh Allen. Allen is a deep ball type of QB and Brown is a deep ball type player. In week one Brown hauled in 7 balls for 123 yards and a TD on 7 targets, torching the Jets defense, he was clearly Allen’s number one target on the deep ball and going into another solid matchup against the Giants, Brown should be able to repeat his week one performance. Last week the Giants’ secondary gave up over 400 yards passing along with 4 TDs, three of those TDs were 20+ yards. I expect Brown to go for 6 receptions for 77 yards and a TD getting a solid 19.7 PPR points.

Mecole Hardman Kansas City vs. Oak

Hardman will be one of the main benefactors of Tyreek Hill‘s injury and could produce big this week. Hardman was a preseason stud and will takeover Hill’s role against an Oakland secondary that is incredibly beat up, Abram is going to IR and I don’t expect Conley to play either. With both starting safeties out, the deep ball looks even more enticing to Mahomes. Hardman has a great matchup and has the best QB in the league to throw to him. He has the ability to get multiple deep TDs like Hollywood Brown did last week, I see Hardman receiving 4 receptions for 80 yards and a TD, giving him 18 PPR points.
