Two WR Trade Targets for a Playoff Run – Daniel Glasser

by Daniel Glasser

With the trade deadline looming in many fantasy leagues, it is time to look at who to try and acquire for a stretch run into the fantasy playoffs:

D.J. Chark

Nick Foles is coming back week 11 and now we get to see if that connection they had in Foles’s first drive can continue going forward. Chark’s schedule down the stretch bodes well for him, playing against TB, LAC, OAK, and ATL in weeks 13-16. He could continue with his current target share averaging nearly 8 targets a game. He has been a force on the field and is third in the league in deep targets. While Foles is someone who is safer with the ball, he still averaged about 4 deep shots a game over the last two seasons which should allow Chark to continue with those deep shots. I’d say that Westbrook is also a good buy-low trade candidate with his rapport with Foles but I still believe Chark will continue with his success down the fantasy stretch. Chark is currently on his bye week and this is the best time to get him.

D.J. Moore

Moore has been up and down with Allen at QB, in his first two weeks with Allen at the helm, Moore only had four catches on seven targets. However, through weeks 5-9 he has seen a sharp uptick in targets, averaging 9+ targets a game. Now that Moore seems to be becoming the number one receiving option in that offense, and with his upcoming schedule, he is a player to target big time. He plays against WAS, ATL, SEA, and IND in weeks 13-16, that is a very solid schedule for the fantasy playoffs and his value isn’t going to be as low as it is now going forward, so strike will you can.
