Jameis Winston v. Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals have surrendered the most passing yards in the league so far this season to their opponents. Jameis Winston will have a great opportunity in front of him to produce fantasy points. He will have a great arsenal of wide receivers like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin to throw the football to. He should be started if at all possible with confidence.
Lamar Jackson @ Cincinnati Bengals
Lamar Jackson’s start-ability for your fantasy football lineups could now be as high as ever coming off the win against the New England Patriots. This may seem like an obvious start, but under the surface it is a difficult decision to make. Divisional games are always tough on both teams, and coming off such a big win may entice The Baltimore Ravens to let their guard down. These are all things to consider, But I am here to tell you to start Lamar Jackson if you possibly can.
Jared Goff @ Pittsburgh Steelers
It is difficult to tell you to sit the quarterback of one of the most prolific offenses in the NFL. Coming off of a bye week, it might be the game to do just that. The Pittsburgh Steelers defense has been very tough on their opponents, and that should continue against Jared Goff and the Los Angeles Rams. You should have another option at quarterback especially with his bye being last week.
Baker Mayfield v. Buffalo Bills
The passing offense for the Cleveland Browns has been dismal so far this season, and this should continue against a treacherous Buffalo Bills defense. Not living up to expectations is one thing, but facing an incredible defense is a completely different matter entirely. This will be one of the most stringent defenses that Baker Mayfield has faced this season. Sit him this week and you will be thankful that you did.
Waiver wire target
Ryan Finley, Cincinnati Bengals
If you didn’t grab Ryan Finley over the team’s bye week last week, grab him now while you still can. We don’t know what he could possibly do, but for a team in need of a quarterback with few other options this could be your answer. He may just be able to lead your team through the playoffs and beyond.
Nick Foles, Jacksonville Jaguars
After being announced as the starting quarterback for week 11 after the team’s game in London, Nick Foles looks to live up to the expectations that are held by the team with him as their starter. Things will be easier for Foles get back in the groove if one of his main weapons in Dede Westbrook returns to action. Foles is widely available on the waiver wire being injured so far all season so get him if you can.
