Knights Win Big in Game 1 Vs. Canucks

It was an endless scoring spree last night for the Vegas Golden Knights, scoring 5 goals that the Vancouver Canucks couldn’t answer.  Scoring a single goal in Period 1 got them started, followed by 3 in Period 2 and a final goal in Period 3 to put a bow on Game 1.

Remember, this is a best of 7 game series, so our very early stages of play.  I am interested to see how the Vancouver Canucks will respond to such a loss though?  They are a strong team, having beaten the St. Louis Blues out of the Stanley Cup 2020 chase in Round 1, the former Stanley Cup 2019 winners, which is huge.  I just hope for their sake they didn’t use all their strength defeating them so that they can still dig deep, come back, and give the Vegas Golden Knights a game in Game 2.  Both of these teams are capable of making this series an epic battle for that coveted West Conference Final spot, it will simply come down to who wants it more.  We will see where this series goes, Game 2 is Tuesday night, check your local listings for puck drop!
